Live Scan (Fingerprinting)

All adult volunteers must complete Live Scan fingerprinting (once), either at a Live Scan location (typically UPS stores), or at an AYSO sponsored Live Scan event. The process only takes a few minutes.

** Note, you only need to do Live Scan ONCE as an AYSO Volunteer (not once a year). So if you’ve done in a past year for AYSO, you never have to do again. Follow the instructions here to check if you’ve already completed this requirement.

Our Event on 8/23 is over, so you will need to schedule an individual appointment at https://applicantservices.com/ayso. You’ll need to pay the $25 fee, but can request reimbursement.

 

Instructions for Registering For Live Scan Event

Our Event on 8/23 has passed, so please follow the instructions above to schedule an individual appointment

1. Visit https://www.applicantservices.com/ayso-billed

2. Click the “GET FINGERPRINTED AT A SPONSORED AYSO EVENT” button

3. Enter your email address and click “Proceed”

4. They will send you a one-time access code to your email. Go retrieve it and paste it into the resulting window and click “Proceed” again.

5. Enter 2N109 as the region (Menlo Park is Region 109, part of Area 2N) and click “Next”

6. Fill out your Name, DOB, Address, Phone #, and CA Driver’s License and click “Next”

7. Select the Event you want to visit, and click the scheduling button (the little image of a person with a clock)

8. Select a time for your appointment and click Next

9. Watch the required video and then accept the Terms and Conditions

10. You will then receive a confirmation that you can print (you will also get an email copy). Please bring the printout or digital copy on your phone to the event.
